Project Staff

You can invite other members to the project and grant them full or partial access depending on their assigned role. This is especially useful when the project is managed by a team — from administrators to support agents.

Inviting Team Member

1. Go to the Staff section.
2. Click the Add button.
3. In the pop-up window, enter the username of the team member (they must already be registered on RustApp).

4. On the next step, select the permissions you want to grant and click Complete.

5. Once done, the team member will gain access to your project.

Responsible access rights

When adding employees to a project, it is important to monitor their access rights. They should only be given the authority they really need to protect the project. You should also regularly update access rights as employee responsibilities change.
